Every step of the manufacturing process is fully controlled by constant feedback provided by computer-based process control monitors. This allows our skilled personnel to create high quality fasteners that meet strict, individual specifications. In order to offer even more services and choices to our customers, we've developed and maintained close relationships with heat treating, plating, patching and plastic molding sources for a variety of post treatment options. We've also built relationships with quality manufacturing sources overseas for use when quantities and lead times are sufficient and import price points are necessary. Every overseas product is fully inspected and tested by our own professional quality staff. So you're always ensured of quality that meets our rigid standards. When
it comes to fasteners, Leland Powell has what you need. We have a wide
assortment of dies along with state-of-the-art cold heading and thread
rolling technology. This enables us to offer U.S. manufactured fasteners
in lengths ranging from .187" to 4.75"; and diameters from .090" to 1/2".
In addition, we maintain a wide range of carbon and alloy steel raw materials
in stock. If we don't have what you need in stock, we will special order
mill minimums to meet your requirements.
